Meet Allie Winchester, Financial Advisor!
For July, we are thrilled to highlight one of our newest financial advisors, Allie Winchester! Devoted to continuously learning and improving, she brings invaluable knowledge to her role at U-Vest Financial®. Discover why Allie is an integral part of our team and how her seasoned insight continues to benefit our clients:
- Career Journey: Allie, originally from Clearwater, Florida, graduated from St. Petersburg College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management. Initially drawn to environmental sciences, she discovered her passion for the financial services industry while working part-time. Allie has been in the financial services industry since 2018, starting at Waddell & Reed (acquired by LPL Financial in 2021) before transitioning to U-Vest Financial®. She originally joined our team as a Client Relationship Manager and now serves as a Financial Advisor at our St. Pete Office.
- Certifications & Goals: Earlier this year, Allie was promoted to an advisor at U-Vest® and is currently pursuing the Accredited Asset Management Specialist (AAMS) designation. She is committed to assisting clients in pursuing their financial objectives and holds a 2-15 (Life, Health, & Variable Annuities) license. Her goals include pursuing her Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation next year!
- Community Impact:Actively engaged in her community, Allie contributes significantly through her roles on the board of Women in Insurance and Financial Services (WIFS), involvement with the St. Pete Chamber of Commerce, and membership in the Ladies Executive Golf Society (LEGS) of Tampa. Her professional insights were recently recognized with the feature of an article she wrote in the Spring 2024 Edition of The Connector, the Steel Erectors Association of America's quarterly magazine—read it here!
In her free time, Allie spends time playing golf, practicing yoga, and running to build endurance. Her current extracurricular goal is to compete in a sprint triathlon before the year ends! Allie enjoys traveling whenever possible and cherishes family time, whether in new places or at home. Earlier this year, she celebrated a significant personal milestone by saying “I do” to her now husband at her charming beach wedding. Born on August 1, she embraces life with enthusiasm and dedication to both personal and professional pursuits—Happy Birthday, Allie!
