Bill holds a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification from the College of Financial Planning located in Denver, Colorado. He also holds a Chartered Retirement Planning CounselorSM certification from the College of Financial Planning. Bill is a graduate of Bridgewater College with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and economics. He holds FINRA Series 7 (General Securities Representative), Series 6 (Investment Company Products/Variable Contracts Representative), Series 63 (Uniform Securities Agent State Law), and Series 65 (NASAA-Investment Advisors Law) registrations through LPL Financial and is registered to conduct business in 28 states across the U.S. and the District of Columbia.
Bill lives in Winchester, Virginia, with his wife of 42 years. They are proud of their daughter and son-in-law who serve in the field of social work. Outside of the office you will find Bill spending time with his family, offshore fishing in North Carolina on his boat, exercising, and enjoying the beach.
